Rancang Bangun Smart System Green House untuk Budidaya Melon Berbasis PLC

Pada pertanian yang masih melakukan proses secara tradisional perawatan tanaman dilakukan manual dan sangat bergantung dengan kondisi iklim cuaca. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu adanya suatu sistem dapat mengontrol memantau ruangan pada greenhouse. Alat pengontrol menggunakan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), serta alat pendukung lainnya seperti lampu grow light, sensor NPK. Dari hasil pengujian greenhouse berbasis ini LED light Pembacaan NPK dikirim melalui aplikasi Blynk dipantau smartphone. tampilan interface HMI (Human Machine Interface) agar menampilkan pemantauan sensor. Hasil pertumbuhan melon menunjukkan lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa PLC. Hal terlihat perbedaan daun, berat buah, bunga kelembapan tanah. Monitoring kadar nutrisi telah berhasil 90% sesuai ketentuan melon.
